Journal Away refunds and returns

Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

Include the checkout email, order number, and clear photos if a product arrives damaged, materially different from the listing, or missing from the package.

Returns should not be mailed before support confirms the return instructions.

Return requests require manual review and usually take 3-5 business days to process.
