Base Coat Studio refunds and returns

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed once we receive the goods.

Include the checkout email, order number, and clear photos if a product arrives damaged, materially different from the listing, or missing from the package.

Returns should not be mailed before support confirms the return instructions.

Return requests require manual review and usually take 3-5 business days to process.
